Overall, what we found is (i) higher uptime (ii) though paid, both file level and disk-level backup options are available, make their services attractive. The improvement they need is to make their knowledgebase content rich.

Our Exemplary Methodology

While we tested, we found the Windows VPS was fairly stable to handle 300 concurrent users of NopCommerce Ecommerce Store with a response time being one second. However, as the number of concurrent users were increased by another 200, it resulted in a higher response time of 17.90 seconds for each user.
