EDIT: Threatening clients | After posting the bad review, suddenly the company contacted me, out of the blue, after they were ignoring me for more than a month. They did offer a refund which I refused as this goes against my principals but I did promise to soften up my review. The next message was a threat that if I were not to remove the review they will start writing bad reviews for my client's websites (I'm a reseller host), which is highly unprofessional and childish.
