What about the after-sales support from GreenGeeks?

GreenGeeks shared hosting plan offers unlimited hosting users get unlimiteddata storage, data transfer, addon domains, POP3 E-mail support and MySQL databases.Besides,it does offer dedicated IP address to customers.I was wondering that what about the after-sales support from GreenGeeks? Sorry i did not use their service :( i am using right now vps service from vpswebserver and iwould say their service and support is awsom!
