hi
the company i used to manage has developed a beautiful (sarcasm) new website and they have used photos from my wife and i that i must have left on a computer in their company, these underwater photos are clearly marked with a copyright with our copyright.
the response i got from the company is nothing after i asked them to be removed and the host says 'xxxx is not responsible for the Clients content, but I will contact them and inform them about your Email and hope they will remove them.'
Hopefully!? Is this true? What if the company refuses to remove them? The company and host is based in egypt and they have a .com tld can i send them a dmca as the root server for tld .com is in USA?
Any suggestions?
Thanks Ladies and Gentlemen.

They still did not remove your copyright photos?
Some of hosting owners/DC think they are not responsible for their customer contents.. huhh
They can't refuse if you provide a valid DMCA - Tell their datacenter... otherwise... you can complain to the authorities such as the USPTO.gov
