I have game server on windows and usually i only gets 1%or 2% on local area connection. But this past few days my local area becomes 99% , server was unreachable and and website is too slownto load. Is this DDOS attacks? What is the method to resolve this issue? I try modified regedit with synprotect but theres nothing happen. Please i need small help for this problem. Any reply will be much appreciated.

You could check if this is a DOS attack by checking the number of active connections. You could type "netstat -an" in command prompt.
