Can I upgrade my VPS OS from Windows 2012 to Windows 2016 OS?

Well, this will not be possible. There is no way to upgrade the OS from 2012 to 2016 directly. In order to upgrade OS, most of the provider will ask you to place the new order or they will remove your existing VPS and will create new VPS with the OS of your choice. You will need to migrate your data from existing VPS to new VPS.
