Ramhost is awesome! The highest performance and lowest cost. Although ramhost use openvz instead of xen, but they don't place strict limits as other hosts like mediatemple do. The CPU is the fastest as far as I know, with a unixbench score of 240, even faster than my laptop. The network is awesome,too, 500KB/s to me and 1M+ to ubuntu repositories is more than enough for me.
