What do you like best about HostRail?

I have beed using hostrail VPS plan for one month. My server Went down 10 times per day! Here is the prove : http://sysojo.com/stats/11233 It takes about one day until they respond to my tickets and I'm completely unsatisfied with their services. Right now I'm planing to move away from their bad services.
