What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?
Our company started using a VPS to run certain software applications 24/7 and were recommend to AccuWeb via a friend. I'm very happy to say that I've been really impressed by their services, but especially by their CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Every time I do a live chat, somebody is online within 30 seconds, and are very happy to help. They never rush and have been on a live chat for up to a hour. If you are looking for a quality host, you won't go wrong here!

What do you like about Host Ed Inc?
I was with another provider and requested php bz2 to be installed, but they told me that I should get a VPS and should pay at least $25/month. Of course this was way too much for the start up site I am building. Then I decided to look for another host and thanks to all these reviews I found Host-ed. For 5.99 a month plan I got the php module installed and now I can continue working on my project. Other pros are that they also offer support over chat and are quick to reply to emails. I am yet to gain further experience with them, but so far it turned out to be great.

I opened more than 40 tickets in the last two years and have always been very well supported by support team from Accuwebhosting. I consider the support team Accuwebhosting very professional and helpful.

Email only support can be difficult for some—but AccuWeb Hosting Support is quick to respond and I've had a good experience with them. Always very professional, quick and courteous. And very knowledgeable about IT/Development.

I have over 10 years experience with many web hosting companies. Most of them are good in performance but not that good in Support. I am dealing with Accuwebhosting since 2004. Since then until today I have never get unsatisfied about their support. Always there, They pickup directly and you don't have wait even in late night. I pay more for Accuwebhosting while there are many other cheaper companies but I do this because of their support quality, the trust I have built among the years. I would recommend the accuwebhosting due to the best price & support features. BUt the most imp thing is that their server's speed is much-much better then any other is available in the world.

My site has experienced some spike in traffic, according to their tech "support" team, and this was sufficient for them to decide that my site had to be suspended with no previous alert from their side. When they informed me, by email, they did not give me any option but upgrading (paying more) if I wanted the service being reactivate! So if you wish to get more and more traffic and you work very hard to get it, you know, they will immediately cut your service once you reach some decent result, just to make sure you will never be able to have some sort of success. No my friends, that's not a good service. If I had a chance to decide before they suspended my site, then I might have upgraded, but I hadn’t. Cheap service for cheap needs. They do not deserve any trust. Better to pay more for a real professional service. Ah, if you ask for a refund because they are illegally interrupting to provide their service, you will get a credit to pay only for their services!!! So if you want to take the risk, go on and good luck!!
