I was really impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue I had with FTPing my files in. The person I talked to definitely knew what they were doing and patiently helped me through it.

What do you like about Host Ed Inc?
Up to now everything has been working very well. They first started with transferring my site from my old provider at no extra cost which was what I needed because I am not a tech person. Then I found their online support chat to be really useful and fast to solve problems. If you are looking for a new host you should definitely give them a shot
